• You and all individuals featured in your advertisements are at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction).

• If the age of majority in your country differs from that of the Slovak Republic, you confirm that you meet all applicable legal age requirements.

• Accessing or using this Platform is not restricted or prohibited by the laws of your country of residence or citizenship.

1.2. The Platform is intended exclusively for adults. You agree not to provide access to your account, registration details, or any content obtained through the Platform to:

• Minors under the age of 18.

2. Legality of Advertised Services

2.1. You guarantee that all services advertised or offered through your listings:

2.2. You confirm that you are not engaged in:

3. Prohibited Content

You strictly prohibit and agree not to publish any content (text, images, videos, or audio) that:

• Encourages violence, hate speech, discrimination (racial, religious, ethnic, gender-based, etc.), or illegal activities.

• Contains non-consensual intimate material (e.g., revenge porn, unauthorized recordings).

• Involves sexual violence, humiliation, or degradation of individuals.

4. Compliance with Laws and Platform Rules

4.1. You agree to comply with:

4.2. The Platform reserves the right to:

  in accordance with:

• The Slovak Personal Data Protection Act.

6. Liability and Indemnification

6.1. You assume full legal and financial responsibility for:

6.2. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Platform’s operator from:

• Any claims, lawsuits, or liabilities arising from your advertisements.

• Losses or damages (including legal fees) incurred due to your violations.

7. Voluntary Registration and No Coercion

7.1. You confirm that your registration is:

• Voluntary and free from coercion.

• Solely for the purpose of advertising legal services.

7.2. You waive any right to file claims for damages or non-material harm against the Platform’s operator related to your account or advertisements.
